As election season draws to a close, it's time to come together, reflect, and celebrate the incredible candidates who have stepped up to serve our community. Win or lose, their dedication and hard work have shaped our election season, and we want to celebrate them, their teams, and everyone who made their voices heard!
Whether you were door-knocking, campaigning, or simply voting, you are welcome here. Let’s gather for an evening of good food, great company, and community spirit.

Help Protect Election Integrity—Become an Election Observer
🎉 Election Night Potluck: Celebrating Our Candidates & Community! 🎉
The Grays Harbor Republican Party is looking for members and supporters interested in serving as Election Observers during ballot processing and counting for the November 3, 2026 General Election.
We are seeking volunteers who are available on weekdays from October 27 through November 24, generally between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. We especially need observers on Election Day, Tuesday, November 3, from 8:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.
Election Observers help promote a transparent, secure, and accountable election process by watching the work conducted at the county elections office. This is an observation-only role.
When you sign up, we will provide details about the observer role, training information, available shifts, and what you can and cannot do while observing. Final assignments will be coordinated with the Grays Harbor County Elections Division.
Hoquiam & Oakville Voter Alert!
Important Ballot Information for Oakville and Hoquiam Voters
The Grays Harbor County Auditor’s Office has issued additional ballots after some original ballots omitted local measures.
Affected voters in Hoquiam may receive a supplemental ballot that includes Timberland Regional Library Levy Proposition No. 1. Affected voters in the Oakville area may receive a corrected ballot that includes Grays Harbor Fire District 1 levy measures.
Please carefully read and follow the instructions included with each ballot you receive. We direct you to return both ballots, complete them as directed and return each ballot in its own signed return envelope.
Only one ballot per voter will be counted. Returning a corrected or supplemental ballot does not allow anyone to vote twice; it ensures that eligible voters have the opportunity to vote on every measure that applies to them.
All ballots must be returned by 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 3

Fairs, Parades and County Conventions
We engage in a range of community events within the county, including the Grays Harbor County Fair, Loggers Playday Parade, Flag Day Parade, Festival of Lights Parade, Aberdeen Founder's Day Parade, and Splashfest.
Furthermore, our County Caucuses and Convention are instrumental in electing delegates to the Washington State Convention. Every four years, these delegates then proceed to represent our state at the National Republican Convention.
Our Central Committee Meetings
We are delighted to announce our regular monthly meetings, which take place on the third Monday of each month at the welcoming venue of Harbor Calvary Chapel, situated at 108 S K St., Aberdeen. Starting promptly at 6:00pm, these gatherings serve as a pivotal moment for our organization to come together in unity and purpose.
At these meetings, we focus on meticulous planning for our fundraising initiatives, which are crucial for sustaining and expanding our efforts. We also dedicate significant time to the organization of our biennial convention, where we celebrate our achievements, set forth new goals, and inspire each other towards greater heights.
A key component of our agenda is our commitment to community outreach, particularly to voters. We believe in fostering an informed electorate, ensuring that our community is not only engaged but also empowered to make decisions that positively impact our collective future.
Moreover, we take great pride in our discussions aimed at making our community safer. We explore innovative strategies and collaborate with local authorities to enhance safety measures, promote peace, and cultivate an environment where all residents can thrive without fear.
These meetings are also an invaluable opportunity for us to share thoughts and ideas. We recognize that the strength of our organization lies in the diversity of perspectives and the collective wisdom of our members. Through open dialogue, we aim to continue to serve the good of the community, ensuring that every voice is heard and every suggestion is considered with the utmost respect.
